YES - For speed and efficiency, we've allowed infrequent Users to post their properties as quickly and easily as possible. However, in order to make any changes and modifications to this listing, you will be required to create an account.
No problem....when you're filling out the listing form you simply add the URL web address you want to link to, highlight this, and you'll notice a small 'chain link' becomes available under the text box among the other tools. Click on this 'chain link' and enter in the following into the first line entitled Link URL: http://www.yourwebaddress.com. The next option asks your Target; this allows you to chose whether by clicking on your active link you open an additional window, or whether you simply navigate from the listing view to the website. The final option asks for a Title; you can write in Key words that are related to your website, this helps with Search Engine Optimization.
Yes. It's really quite simple.
When you get down to the description box on our listing form, you'll see a small HTML icon next to the other various editing 'tools,' click on this HTML icon and it will open another box. Paste your HTML code into this box new box, and click the 'update' button on the bottom of the box. This will add your HTML flyer to your Real Estate Nugget listing. Now, when you roll over the Headline, it will take you to the full flyer view where you can see your flyer.

NNN - defined as "Triple Net" - this notation means that the rent is a base rent and the Tenant pays for all Utilities.
FS - defined as "Full Service" - this notation means that the rental price includes all Utilities, Landlord pays for all utilities.
MG - defined as "Modified Gross" - this notation means that Landlord and Tenant split the utilities.

Account Profile Pages are coming.... this 'Account' will be easy to set up. From your account, you can edit your listings, as well as create a resume and biography, and manage numerous properties.
We're working on a back end for our users which will allow them to create 'profile' pages. From their 'Profile' page, you will be able to manage all of your listings, and update your page with your company logo or any other photos that you'd like. Additionally, you'll be able to create a biographical section that explains who you are and why your property is special, or why your brokerage service is unique.
